Included in the camp is a full week of various fitness and well-being activities, from spinning to swimming to circuits, hillwalking and running. Specialist fitness classes can include Pilates, Callanetics, Yoga and even Self-Defence/Martial Arts. 

A healthy eating programme for your stay has been specially designed by a fully qualified nutritionist. We also contact you the week before with hints and advice to prepare you for the week ahead. Your weight and measurements will be taken upon arrival and at the end of the camp. We can also offer you support within a further two weeks to make sure you are staying healthy! 

On completion of the camp you will be given a 6 week eating plan, recipe's, advice on what to order when eating out and useful information on food labelling . 

You also leave the camp with a huge variety of exercises to take home for you to do, on your own or with your family. Along with your newly gained knowledge of fitness and nutrition you will feel a great sense of achievement and the determination to carry on your healthy lifestyle. 

Although we recommend that you are not new to exercise before joining us on the PB Camp, we do accommodate for all levels of fitness. Our programme is completely adaptable to ensure everyone reaches their Personal Best!
